Class of Trade Descriptions and Definitions

We serve a wide range of healthcare customers, including hospitals, infusion centers, long‑term care facilities, EMS providers, physician offices, pharmacies, and many more. Each segment has its own needs, buying patterns, regulations, and product requirements. Class of Trade helps us organize and understand those differences. When customers are segmented correctly, Sales gets cleaner data, better targeting, and more relevant conversations. Marketing can deliver the right messaging to the right audience. Customer Service gains context for the customers they support. And Operations can ensure pricing, products, and workflows align with the customer type. Segmentation isn’t about labeling customers, it’s about enabling smarter selling, stronger follow‑through, and a more personalized customer experience.
